Terms & Conditions

PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP & BILLING

  • Month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract
  • $420/month (3x/week) or $540/month (4x/week) charged automatically
  • First payment processed immediately upon signup
  • Recurring monthly billing on the same date each month
  • All payments processed securely through Stripe

SESSIONS & SCHEDULING

  • 3 sessions per week = 12 sessions per month
  • 4 sessions per week = 16 sessions per month
  • Sessions are 1 hour each

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
  • Email mastertrainerjen@gmail.com or call (209) 345-6428
  • No cancellations or refunds within billing cycle
  • Unused sessions do not roll over to next month

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 24-hour advance notice required to cancel/reschedule
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) forfeit the session
  • No-shows forfeit the session with no makeup or refund
  • Emergency exceptions reviewed case-by-case

LOCATION & EQUIPMENT

  • All sessions at Master Trainers of California
  • 1721 Prescott Rd, Modesto, CA 95350
  • Professional gym equipment provided
  • Bring water bottle, towel, and appropriate workout attire

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • You confirm you are physically able to participate in fitness training
  • Consult your physician before starting any exercise program
  • Notify your trainer of any injuries, conditions, or limitations
  • You agree to follow trainer instructions for safety

LIABILITY WAIVER

  • You agree to our standard gym liability waiver
  • Master Trainers of California is not liable for injuries
  • Participation is at your own risk
  • You are responsible for your personal belongings

REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds on partial months or unused sessions
  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once charged
  • Exception: First payment refundable within 7 days if no sessions attended

CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Respect trainers, staff, and other gym members
  • Maintain gym cleanliness and equipment
  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
  • Violation may result in immediate membership termination

MODIFICATIONS

  • Master Trainers reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • Terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be communicated via email
