When are the sign-up dates?

Sign up in person on Friday, March 28, 2026 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM OR Saturday, March 29, 2026 from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Master Trainers of California, 1721 Prescott Rd, Modesto, CA. You can also sign up any Saturday or Sunday during the challenge period.

When does the challenge start and end?

The 8-Week Fitness Challenge runs from Monday, March 30, 2026 through Saturday, May 23, 2026. That's 8 full weeks of transformation!

What are the class times?

HIIT Bootcamp classes are offered Monday through Friday at: 5:30 AM (early morning), 9:15 AM (mid-morning), 5:15 PM (evening), and 6:15 PM (evening). Attend as many classes as you want throughout the week!

Do I need to be in shape to join?

No! The challenge is designed for ALL fitness levels. Our coaches provide modifications for every exercise. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, you'll be challenged appropriately and supported every step of the way.

What if I miss classes during the challenge?

Life happens! With 4 class times daily Mon-Fri, there's flexibility to make up missed sessions. Consistency is key, but we understand vacations, work, and family come first. Do your best and stay engaged in the Facebook group for continued support.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Transforming with a friend, family member, or coworker makes the challenge more fun and keeps you both accountable. Tag them and sign up together!

How are prizes awarded?

Prizes are based on body composition transformation measured by InBody 270 scans (not just weight loss). We track muscle gain, fat loss, and overall improvements. Top 3 finishers win cash prizes, and everyone is entered into the raffle for bonus prizes. Work hard, see results, win prizes!

Is the meal plan customized?

Yes! Your meal plan is built based on your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, performance), body type, and dietary preferences. We update it weekly based on your InBody results and progress. Simple, sustainable, and effective nutrition—no starvation or crazy diets.

When does the challenge run again?

The MTC 8-Week Fitness Challenge runs twice per year—typically spring and fall. This is a limited-time event with a supportive community, so don't wait! Sign up for this round or you'll have to wait 6+ months for the next one.
