BOOTCAMP

All classes are 40 minutes and performed indoors(outdoor on occasion depending on weather). Classes include, cardio, core, weights, and boxing once a week. Don’t forget to bring a sweat towel and bottle of water because sweat does happen in this challenging and motivating class.

1-1 AND SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

A more intimate approach to personal training. Although the schedule is limited, we provide more of a controlled environment with increased customization in a one on one and small group atmosphere.

NUTRITION

We’ve covered it all! We provide complimentary meal plans based on your Active Metabolic Rate. On the first Saturday of every month, we conduct “Saturday Seminars” for client Q & A in addition to discussing each person’s macronutrient necessities for optimal fat burning and muscle growth.

KIDS CAVE

No more excuses if you have kids. Our kids cave is a space we set aside for your children to wait while you work out and this comes free of charge. It is equipped with safe toys and even a flat screen to watch movies. Feel free to bring them in to get them acclimated while you train.
